What is the shoopit refund policy?

In a nutshell, we don’t have one. Why? Because shoopit is a search engine, not a seller -- refunds are handled solely by the airline or travel booking website that you booked your trip through. Not sure what company to talk to? Check your credit card statement or proof of payment to locate your provider's information and contact them directly.
